Deep Drop Fishing for "tai" or snapper on Okinawa

A look into the captain's kitchen as he gets ready to prepare these snappers for a "butter yaki" or butter saute. A group of three anglers armed with power reels went out to Ie island today with one objective; to catch "tai." Mission completed successfully.
